في هذا الدرس تناولنا أهمية العمل في مجال السلامة الصناعية ففي المجال الاقتصادي   يساعدنا على تقليل التكاليف،زيادة الإنتاجية ، تحسين سمعة الشركة ،أما في المجال الاجتماعي فهو ضروري لحماية العمال و كما انه مفيد في الجانب المهني بحيث يسمح بتطوير مهارات العمال و يحسن أحوالهم 

 وتأثيره على العمال والشركات، بالإضافة إلى تحديد المؤهلات الضرورية للطلاب في هذا المجال ولعل أهمها : المعرفة الفنية و المعرفة التكنولوجيا و المهارات القيادية و حسن التحليل، كما قدمنا مجموعة من الأفكار الرئيسية لإنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة في مجال الأمن والسلامة الصناعية.

The abstract in english : 

In this lesson, we discussed the importance of working in the field of industrial safety. Economically, it helps us reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve the company's reputation. Socially, it is necessary to protect workers, and professionally, it allows for the development of workers' skills and improves their conditions.

The impact of industrial safety on workers and companies was also addressed. Additionally, we identified the necessary qualifications for students in this field, including technical knowledge, technological literacy, leadership skills, and analytical abilities. Furthermore, we presented a set of key ideas for establishing startup enterprises in the field of industrial safety and security.
