Objectives of the Course
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
-Know the methodologies and key concepts of applied linguistics.
-Discover the role of language in interpersonal relationships, in the construction of individual identities, and in the configuration of knowledge and interpretation of the world through discourse.
-Use the concepts of context and culture in the learning and teaching of English
-Apply the appropriate methodology to identify difficulties in learning a second language.
