In linguistics, the grammar of a natural language is its set of structural constraints on speakers' or writers' composition of clausesphrases, and words. The term can also refer to the study of such constraints, a field that includes domains such as phonologymorphology, and syntax, often complemented by phoneticssemantics, and pragmatics. There are currently two different approaches to the study of grammar: traditional grammar and theoretical grammar.

The Objective of this course (Grammar) is to train students to identify and master all parts of speech and word classes that are existent in English (for the first semester), and let them know about the sentence units and its different forms as a second aim in the second semester. In essence, the primary purpose of grammar is to improve the speaking and writing skills of the learner. In addition, grammar can help them become better communicators. If you have good grammar, you know how to use words and punctuation to convey your meaning in a way that most readers can understand. That will help you entertain, inform, educate or entertain readers more quickly. Besides, using correct grammar makes listening and reading easier for others to understand and can make the communication process more enjoyable.
